Use cropping either on the images as they are captured or apply it to the timelapse video at the time the video is created.  The cropping is usfull when capturing iamges to effectively zoom in on a selected area or to focus on a certain area.  The red rectangle can be drag and drop.  Use the Select button to define the sample image to crop.  Be sure to select an image other than the image that is currently being read in on each capture.
