The watermark tab page allows pasting a jpeg, bmp or png image to the captured image frame.  Use the Set Watermakr Image button to select a watermark image from the hard drive.  The watermark is versitile as the image can be a logo for instance or it can be a rectanular black area to block out a portion of the image that is unwanted to show.
