You can add local weather data to your images. The weathersource can be one of these three:
1. An official National Weather Service station (NWS block)
2. A citizen weather observation station (CWOP block)
3. A wunderground.com site (WeatherUnderground block)
NWS block
Station ID edit box
Set the NWS station ID in this box. The NWS station id is generally consists of four characters. Use the METAR Station list link to find a station near you.
Temperature and Wind checkbox
set this checkbox to display the temerature and wind from a NWS station
Units
select either USA or MKS units

Click this button to verify the station readings
CWOP block
CWOP is the Citizen Weather Observer Program. Use either the text or the interactive map link to locate a station near you. Settings for this block are self descriptive.
WeatherUnderground block
Weatherunderground data is accessed by using an API key. You can get an API I key by using the link provided in this weather block. Weatherunderground data is free for non-commercial use and within certain update limits. Go to weatherunderground.com/wundermap to locate a personal weather station ID (PWD) near you. The software will test if a station's readins are current to within 24 hours and if the readings are stale will not be displayed.
OpenWeatherMap block
OpenWeatherMap data is accessed by using an API key. You can get an API I key by using the link provided in this weather block. OpenWeatherMap data is free for commercial and non-commercial use and within certain update limits. Use the link provided in the block to locate your nearest city and identify the code associated with it. Alternativly, US users can input the local zip code.
Selection Block
Select the type of station you wish to use or non at all using the radio buttons provided.
On-Image Weather update frequency
Select the frequency of update to be stamped on each image.
Temperature Probe
The software provides the capability to read a single temperature probe using iButtonLink.com single wire USB devices. legacy support for Temptrax serial temperature devices is also provided.
